Shipping Policy
Folvia ships to addresses in the United States only, with tracking on every order.
Shipping rates
- Standard tracked shipping: $4.95
- Free shipping on orders of $49 or more (applied automatically at checkout)
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 7–15 business days
- Total, typical: 8–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier handling, weather and peak seasons.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan.
- Where it ships from: orders are fulfilled by our production partners and may ship from overseas. Your order may arrive in more than one package.
- Addresses: we cannot change the address once an order has shipped. Check it at checkout. We do not ship to APO/FPO or international addresses.
- Late or lost parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 25 business days after purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
- Damaged on arrival: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are sent to US addresses as low-value parcels, and we do not expect customers to be charged customs duties or import fees on them. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee on a Folvia order, contact us before paying. US sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
