Terms of Service
By buying from the Folvia online store you agree to these terms with Social Options LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Folvia is an independent brand, not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
- Eligibility and orders. You must be 18 or older, or use the store with a parent's permission. An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation; we may cancel and refund any order, for example for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is processed by Shopify and its partners.
- Products and compatibility. Folvia accessories are made for iPhone Duo only, except products marked as universal MagSafe accessories. Product photos may include illustrative images; colors can vary slightly by screen.
- Shipping, returns and warranty. Covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy (which includes our Warranty), which form part of these terms.
- Trademarks. Folvia is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. iPhone and iPhone Duo are trademarks of Apple Inc., used only to describe compatibility.
- Content. All text, images and designs on this site belong to Folvia or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect damages, including damage to your phone, except where the law does not allow this limit.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
